Reports to: Project Operations Manager . This role contributes to the Electrification Business Area, Smart Power Division in Frosinone and reports to Logistics Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop end-to-end business intelligence framework for online products and SaaS solutions based on requirements that include recommending appropriate architecture (on-premises/cloud), analytics, and reporting. Each day, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics and identify trends that could improve business performance. You will also design new dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Executing quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
- Owning the knowledge capture and transferring of under-the-hood systems such as various architectural and design aspects and ensuring they are well documented to maintain and enhance overall system integrity.
- Contributing to design and coding related standards, technology, and tool selections and defining new data collection and analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Skilled in SQL, database development, data integration, and BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Experience in transforming complex data into actionable insights through optimized databases and interactive dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with Python and Power Platform.
- Passionate about analytics and collaboration, innovative around critical thinking and continuous improvement.
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Collaborative team player, adaptable to change, comfortable working in cross-functional environments.
- Fluent in both English and Italian, effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
