About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Customer Specialist to join our operations team at our Tribiano Hub. The successful candidate will support daily logistics and customer service activities, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory administration and coordination with transport and labour providers
Responsibilities Manage customer relationships and provide support regarding logistics operations, shipments, and order fulfilment. Process goods receipt documentation and maintain accurate system records. Manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Prepare picking lists and support warehouse operational activities. Generate and manage delivery notes and transport documentation. Maintain accurate customer master data, including address validation and updates. Handle returns and related administrative processes. Prepare operational reports, statistics, and performance data. Coordinate with transport providers and labour suppliers to support daily operations. Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and annual stocktakes. Manage consumables and operational supplies. Maintain accurate filing and archiving of operational documentation. Work with internal ERP and logistics management systems to ensure data accuracy and process compliance. Qualifications Previous experience (1–3 years) in logistics, warehouse administration, customer service, or supply chain operations. Ability to communicate effectively in English within an international environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills. What We Offer A 12-month fixed-term contract.
