Logistics Admin – Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
About the Opportunity:
On behalf of our client, a key player in the Oil & Gas sector, we are seeking a Logistics Admin to support a major project in Rotterdam Netherlands. The Logistics Admin will act as a key link between the office and the construction site , ensuring effective coordination of logistics activities and personnel while supporting continuity of operations.
What you will do:
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics activities, splitting time equally between office-based work and on-site operations .
- Support personnel logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and general site services.
- Support personnel logistics, including transportation, accommodation coordination, and general site services.
- Provide backup support for the Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth logistics operations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, site administration, or similar roles within construction, industrial, or EPC projects.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to support day-to-day logistics tasks.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and and familiarity with logistics or administrative software.
- Comfortable working in both an office environment and on an active construction site.
