LOGISTIC QUALITY COORDINATOR
WHO ensures that all logistics operations—covering the reception, storage, and distribution of finished goods and spare parts—are carried out in full compliance with EPTA’s quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
The role’s mission is to create Quality Management System and to maintain and improve the quality performance of our Logistic Hub by implementing control systems, managing non-conformities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
Quality Management & Control
- Monitor and ensure compliance of all inbound and outbound logistics processes with EPTA’s quality procedures and standards.
- Supervise product integrity checks (packaging, labeling, documentation) before shipment and upon receipt.
- Manage and analyze non-conformities related to transport, storage, and delivery; ensure proper documentation, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate quality inspections and audits within the logistic hub, in collaboration with Group Quality.
- Ensure correct application of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001) within the logistics processes.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, minimize errors, and improve delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Support digitalization and traceability projects (barcode scanning, WMS, KPI dashboards).
- Participate in Lean / Kaizen initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and waste reduction.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track logistics quality KPIs (delivery accuracy, claims rate, non-conformities, customer complaints).
- Prepare periodic reports and analysis for management review.
- Support internal and external audits (customers, certification bodies).
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a key interface between Logistics, Customer Service, Quality, and Production functions.
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with carriers and external logistics partners to ensure quality and service level compliance.
Competences & Skills:
Technical Competences
- Knowledge of logistics processes (inbound/outbound flows, warehouse management, transportation).
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Experience in managing non-conformities, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Understanding of ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI advantageous).

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics or quality functions, ideally in a manufacturing environment or 3PL
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
