Logistic Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper execution of supply chain operations, including warehousing, production control, material planning, shipping, logistics, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the logistics team, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable labor regulations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage logistics processes and flows, coordinating a team to guarantee accurate physical and inventory management of warehouses, in compliance with IATF standards and company policies
• Interface with internal departments and other group plants to achieve assigned functional KPIs
• Maintain and enhance team motivation and professionalism, contributing to performance evaluation and skill development
• Ensure daily monitoring and updating of function KPIs (BSC), including safety, service level, special transport, stock levels, inventory adjustments, and logistics costs; define action plans in case of deviations
• Guarantee correct management of physical and IT logistics flows to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English
