Nature and aim of the position
The role aims to support local operations by ensuring effective fraud monitoring, accurate transaction verification, and smooth coordination with central teams. The position contributes to the management of traveller and merchant-related processes, supports refund points and lounges, and ensures compliance with invoicing and reporting requirements, acting as a key local interface between operations, customer service, fraud prevention, and accounting functions.
Main duties and responsibilities
- The different tasks related the Suspect Frauds and maintaining a collaboration with Central Fraud Prevention team;
- Contact the merchants to verify suspicious transactions;
- Cooperate with Processing/Customer Service central divisions about Traveller's complaints and all processing tasks where local Country will be involved;
- Support to Own Refund Point, Lounges and Merchant Service for reporting / results / complaints / issues;
- VAT OFF Invoicing/Reports;
