As a Product Manager for the brand Chilly, you will drive brand success by activating the brand with the best communications levers to different targets, understanding market needs, structuring innovation go‑to‑market strategies, developing strategic plans, collaborating with A‑class communication agencies and with cross‑functional teams. Your innovations and proactive problem‑solving will ensure our products lead the market, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and company growth.

How your agenda looks like:

• Develop and Execute Strategic Local Marketing Plans
• Design and implement integrated communication and activation plans by collaborating with communication and PR agencies
• Define go‑to‑market and launch strategies in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Sales teams
• Manage brand portfolio, optimizing assortment and priorities
• Analyze and report sell‑in/sell‑out performance, providing data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations
• Monitor competition, market dynamics, and consumer trends to spot opportunities and adjust plans
• Collaborate with Cross‑Functional Teams (Trade, Sales, Category) and external stakeholders (creative, graphic, media agencies)
• Brand’s Budget marketing responsibility

Your team:

You will directly report to the Group Product Manager

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field
• Work Experience: 1,5-2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing or a similar role
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel
• Local Language: Excellent knowledge of italian and english
