Job description:
You will carry on the following activities:
* Contribute to draft the executive project Vendor List in agreement with the Project Director, Project Managers and the Procurement Manager;
* Draft the Project Order template by incorporating the Project special conditions into the Tenova standard master;
* Contribute to issue the Project Procurement Plan agreed upon with the Project Director, Project Managers, Engineering department and the Procurement Manager;
* Monitoring, follow-up, and operative support to all buyers assigned at the Project making sure all activities are coherent with the Procurement Plan;
* Managing own critical MR/PR by analyzing the material/activity to buy, selecting Suppliers to be involved, receives offers from Suppliers, interacting with Suppliers and involving the Technical Department, negotiating, preparing the Order, following Company procedures and including all clauses necessary to minimize risks for the Company;
* Interacts on daily basis with Project Director and when required with Client;
* Interacts and coordinate with Engineering, Logistic and Expediting departments;
* Prepares and issues Project Procurement reports and statistics;
* Deal with the claims from & to Suppliers in combination with the Project managers;

Required profile:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent degree;
* Proven experience as Procurement Coordinator or Manager in the Engineering sector;
* Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP;
* Reliability, accuracy and passion for details are required;
* interpersonal skills with good understanding of dynamic and challenging environments;
* Excellent organization skills and time management, as well as excellent relational skills and team working capabilities, flexibility and result orientation complete the ideal profile;
* Good analytical skills and ability to gather information when this is poor or lacking;
* Effective workload planning, respect of deadlines, ability to define priorities and work under pressure;
* Good problem solving and ability to find out solutions;
* Proficient Knowledge of English (writing and speaking) is mandatory;
* Knowledge of Spanish is an added value;
* Willingness to travel overseas.
