The Challenge
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Haier Europe. A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem. What you will d oThe intern will support the management and administration of the company's Learning Management System (LMS), working closely with the LMS Administrator and internal stakeholders across different business functions and regions . Main activities includ e: - Supporting daily LMS administration activit ies- Managing user requests and business requirements related to learning platfo rms- Assisting with course creation, enrollment management, reporting, and user supp ort- Supporting testing activities and quality checks for platform configurations and proces ses- Creating and maintaining documentation, guidelines, and knowledge-sharing materi als- Collaborating with multicultural teams and interacting with different communities within the organizat ion- Supporting engagement initiatives and communication campaigns related to learning activit ies- Assisting in the creation of graphic materials using tools such as Canva or similar platfo rms- Assisting in the creation of courses using AI authoring tool such as Synthe sia- Learning and supporting integrations, workflows, and digital learning proces ses The role is ideal for a proactive and curious candidate interested in digital learning technologies, HR systems, and process optimizat ion. What you need to su cceedStudent or neo graduate in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration or related f ieldsKnowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SuiteBasic knowledge of LMS, HRIS, or CRM tools (Docebo knowledge is a strong plus)Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and sp oken.
