Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Como for a Live-in Housekeeper Couple. The role involves maintaining the household to the highest standards of cleanliness and order. Primary responsibilities include general cleaning, laundry management, execution of daily household tasks, organizing personal and communal spaces.The couple may also be responsible for light meal preparation, overseeing household supplies, and providing guest service when required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laundry and related household upkeep tasks
• Customer Service skills
• Exceptional Organization Skills and the ability to maintain a tidy and well-functioning household
• Experience in Training and supervising other household staff is an advantage
• High level of discretion and trustworthiness
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to the household's preferences and needs
• Previous experience in similar roles and any certifications in hospitality or housekeeping are a plus
