Litigation/ Corporate Lawyer ( Senior Associate 8/10 PQE)

We are looking for a Lawyer inspired by a Firm grounded in independence, tenacity, empathy and long-term vision, and motivated to actively contribute to its next phase of growth.

We seek a senior associate with depth, judgment and intellectual curiosity, ready to lead complex matters and to bring cross-practice awareness to sophisticated disputes, contract negotiations and extraordinary transactions, corporate advisory. This role involves direct exposure to clients, coordination of teams and active responsibility in mentoring and developing junior professionals.

Within a contemporary Renaissance atelier, you will work closely with the Partners while progressively taking ownership of relationships, projects and initiatives. The position offers a clear path of professional growth and increasing responsibility, including involvement in business development and in shaping the Firm’s evolution. A personal client portfolio is not required.

The Partners sit on Boards of Statutory Auditors, Boards of Directors and Supervisory/Control Bodies of Italian and international groups, including listed companies and entities supervised by Financial Authorities. They are also frequently appointed by Courts as Experts for pro-veritate opinions, Fairness Opinions, Expert Reports required by law and as Arbitrators.
