Davis, Arneil Law Firm, LLP, a premier North Central Washington law firm, is currently seeking a full-time associate attorney for its Wenatchee office, with experience or interest in litigation to provide legal support in various practice areas, with a focus on criminal prosecution, real estate, construction, family, commercial, personal injury, and other civil practice areas.
All candidates must be a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association or be taking the next scheduled bar exam.
The position is not remote and requires in-office presence, but hybrid work is possible on an as-needed basis.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be Expected To:
Draft, analyze, and interpret contracts and legal documents, Conduct legal research on complex issues, Assist with discovery processes, Assist with trial preparation and trial, Appear independently for motion practice, and Independently perform work to achieve client goals. The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Skills:
Excellent research, writing and critical thinking skills, Detail oriented, Quick learner and ability to improvise when needed, and Strong communication skills. Base Salary Range:
$75,000-$120,000 Additional bonus structure is available Insurance:
Medical/disability 100% paid by employer for employee Dental/life 75% paid by employer for employee Paid Leave:
10 days of paid vacation per year 11 paid holidays per year Partner Track:
