Linux System Engineer

Forge is looking for a Linux System Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join the RGS team. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for managing and administering Linux servers, installing and configuring operating systems, as well as supporting the management of complex SAP environments.

Required Skills:

• Experience in managing and administering Linux servers Linux servers ( preferably SUSE or Red Hat)
• Knowledge of Linux system clustering and virtualization
• Experience in installing and managing Linux servers
• Basic knowledge of networking
• Familiarity with Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Previous experience with Linux operating systems (installations, configurations, bash scripting) )
• Basic knowledge of at least one of the databases supported by SAP (SAP HANA, ASE, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) , ASE , Oracle , SQL Server , DB2 )
• SUSE or Red Hat certifications are a plus
• Good knowledge of the English language
