Responsibilities
- Conduct product testing and evaluate samples to ensure quality, performance, and project compatibility.
- Review, revise, and validate test reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and stay updated on the latest lighting technologies and industry standards.
- Monitor and support product development processes, including prototype evaluation and validation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain product information and provide technical clarifications.
- Prepare and review technical submittals, datasheets, and compliance documentation.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and value engineering of lighting systems.
- Assist in the selection of suitable lighting fixtures, drivers, and control systems for projects.
- Respond to and manage technical inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in the lighting industry performing similar responsibilities or in a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of lighting products, LED drivers, control systems, and electrical standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
- Experience with SolidWorks is preferred.
- Experience in product testing, sample evaluation, and technical report review.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Italian language skills are considered an advantage.
Working Schedule in Italian time (CET):
Monday to Friday 9:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-6:00pm
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Off
Total Working Hours: 40 hours
