Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of collection development activities in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders (Merchandising, Product Development, Production, Quality, and Logistics).
  • Oversee production planning and finished‑product delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
  • Contribute to ensuring timely collection delivery and adequate product availability across all channels (Retail, E‑commerce, B2B, and LBE).
  • Monitor daily production progress in collaboration with the Production team.
  • Support the preparation and sharing of regular updates to stakeholders on production status and key milestones.
  • Assist in managing interactions with suppliers globally during order negotiations and production follow‑up phases.
  • Contribute to the planning and ordering of raw materials, ensuring alignment with production needs and timelines.
  • Contribute to monitoring operational performance, supporting the achievement of productivity and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

For this fundamental role, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or a final‑year student in Management Engineering or related fields. The candidate should have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, and demonstrated experience through internships or projects in automotive or luxury sectors.

They must have the capability to think analytically, target‑oriented and structured. Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen and reason in depth, are expected. The role requires independent work while also integrating as part of a team, attention to detail, and an awareness of responsibility. Motivation to adapt to and learn from the company culture and a relish for challenge are essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required; knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus. Fluent English is required. A data‑driven academic approach is considered a plus.
