Role Description

This is a seasonal contract role based in Torre Di Civita, in Ravello. The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests in and around the swimming area, monitoring swimming activities, and enforcing safety rules. Additional responsibilities include performing water rescues if necessary, providing first aid, maintaining pool cleanliness, and conducting regular safety checks. The Lifeguard will deliver outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and secure environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Strong swimming skills and proficiency in water safety, including experience with water rescues and first aid certification
• Knowledge of pool safety rules, emergency response procedures, and basic maintenance for aquatic facilities
• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and enforce pool regulations effectively
• Ability to remain alert and focused while ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool users
• Current lifeguard certification from a recognized authority is mandatory
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in hospitality or luxury settings, is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in Italian and English is highly preferred
