About the role:
We are seeking a talented individual to join Chloé's Supply Chain team in Scandicci, supporting purchasing and procurement activities with a focus on material management for leather products through the ERP system (SAP). The role involves constant communication with external suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Logistics, Production Planning, Industrialization, and Quality teams to ensure workflows respect delivery times, costs, and product quality.
How will you make an impact?
You will support our team by:
- Delivering orders of materials and accessories on SAP, ensuring stock levels and tracking purchase progress
- Planning tests with suppliers, checking readiness of materials, and collaborating on inspections
- Reviewing and updating BOMs on SAP
- Entering material prices into SAP
- Managing inbound and outbound logistics flows
- Monitoring warehouse stock and leftovers through reporting
- Communicating actively with suppliers to source necessary materials for production
- Following up on purchase orders with tanneries and suppliers of metal accessories, textiles, etc.
How will you experience success with us?
- Holder of Legally Protected Status L. 68/99
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain within the luxury sector
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP)
- Good command of English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Team-oriented, problem-solving attitude
