We are currently looking for experienced Level 2/3 Telecom TAC Engineers based in Italy to support international operator environments remotely.
Strong experience with SIAE Microelettronica microwave transmission products, IP transport networks, network management systems, advanced troubleshooting, performance analysis, and multi-vendor telecom environments is highly desirable.
The role involves supporting live carrier-grade telecom environments, providing advanced troubleshooting, KPI analysis, alarm management, fault resolution, and operational support across transmission and transport networks.
Please note: previous experience supporting SIAE Microelettronica products in an L2/L3 TAC role is a mandatory requirement . Candidates who do not meet this criterion will not be considered.
