The Role

We are seeking a Legal Trainee in our Corporate Crisis and Restructuring team. This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year law student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience at a leading law firm. You will provide critical support on complex matters. Your work will focus on legal advice, legal research, and drafting documents for Restructuring & Insolvency matters, Litigation & Arbitration in corporate, bankruptcy, and commercial disputes and Distressed M&A transactions involving companies in crisis, funds, and lenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and opinions.
• Conducting legal researches and analysis.
• Supporting and participating in litigation and arbitration cases related to corporate, bankruptcy, and commercial law.
• Helping with due diligence processes by reviewing and summarizing documents.
• Collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues in the project execution.

Qualifications

• A strong academic record from a top university.
• A solid understanding of bankruptcy, corporate and commercial law doctrines.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
