About the Company
KeyPartners executive search has retained to source a Legal Manager to join a multinational operating in the consumer industry.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will join a team of 2 lawyers and report to the Legal Director. The role is based in Milan.
Acting as a Legal Business Partner, the ideal candidate will provide legal support on the following:
- National and international contract drafting and negotiation
- Marketing, Sales, Litigation and pre-litigation as well as risk management
- Support on other areas of law as necessary, including Competition Law, Anti-bribery Laws, Privacy, Consumer protection and health and safety.
Qualifications & Requirments
- Italian-qualified lawyer, registered with the Bar, with at least 5 years of working experience.
- Previous in-house experience, preferably gained while working in an international FMCG environment.
- Solid experience in contract drafting and negotiating.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential to fill this role.

Pay range and compensation package
The candidate will be employed as Quadro. The company offers remote working options.
