Your Role
As a Legal Junior Associate in the M&A department, you’ll be part of a dynamic team based in Milan, working on high-impact corporate matters, cross-border M&A transactions and project contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with acquisitions, and general corporate issues
- Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing corporate agreements and project contracts
- Conducting due diligence and managing contracts
- Collaborating with the other departments at Green Horse Advisory
What We’re Looking For
We seek a motivated recent law graduate or someone with up to one year of experience in the matters above, with:

- Self-Reliance: Able to navigate new challenges confidently
