Legal Intern

Main Purpose of the Role:

Support in providing legal assistance, focusing on contract review, terms & conditions, and legal implications related to company operations. The intern will also assist in implementing and monitoring internal and external compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting all compliance related communications towards tear 1 and tear 2 production suppliers
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing commercial contracts across various areas (procurement, production, IT, finance).
• Support in storing and updating contracts/documents in a timely manner.
• Help identify potential legal risks and contribute to practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Collaborate in preparing statutory board meetings and compliance updates.
• Assist in ensuring GDPR compliance and proper handling of personal data
• Assist in supporting the Supervisory Body pursuant Decree Legislative no. 231/2001.

Requirements:

• Education : Law degree
• Skills :
• Basic knowledge of legal principles and contract law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Languages : Fluent in Italian and English.
