Legal Intern

For our office in Milan , we are looking for a Legal Intern to join our dynamic, international environment. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a leading biopharmaceutical company.

About the Role:

The intern will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Support in drafting and updating company contract templates.
• Contribute to the preparation of legal and contractual documents (confidentiality agreements, amendments, etc).
• Support corporate governance and trademark management activities.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of internal policies.
• Support in ordinary activities of legal department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.

Required Skills:

• Fluency in English - written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Bar admission and previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered a plus.
