Role Responsibilities
- Review structured legal content to ensure accuracy and alignment with applicable statutory and regulatory frameworks.
- Validate materials related to ABLE accounts, guardianship, and special needs trusts.
- Ensure clarity and correctness regarding Medicaid eligibility requirements and SSI application processes.
- Provide concise, expert feedback to improve legal dataset quality for AI evaluation.
- Collaborate asynchronously and meet defined review timelines.
Requirements
- Strong experience in special needs law or closely related legal or academic fields.
- Deep expertise in trust structures, disability benefits law, and special needs planning.
- Advanced understanding of Medicaid and SSI regulatory standards.
- Excellent legal analysis and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
