Legal Entities Controller

Our client, a leading global company in its field, is looking for a Legal Entities Controller .
The Candidate will be part of the Finance Team , playing a key role in the Group controlling activities related to the subsidiaries: from setting up new Legal Entities to supervising the normal running activities.
She/He will be in charge of the following activities :
- Support the activities of the Country Finance Managers in financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Support the Country Finance Managers in the application of the Group procedures
- Support the subsidiaries senior controller being a point of contact among the subsidiaries and all the Group’s Departments for all the Finance topics
- Monitor key KPIs related to the subsidiaries
- Play a key role in the setting up of the new Legal Entities following all the Finance activities
- Provide ad hoc analysis for strategic decisions, including cash flow, working capital and liquidity
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, efficiency, and standardization across subsidiaries
- Support in implementing ERP and reporting systems ensuring that they are properly used and aligned with the Group standards.
Knowledge, skills and Abilities
The ideal candidate should have a Master University Degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering. An MBA is a plus. Previous experience in an audit company or as an accountant in a multinational Company. Good knowledge of IFRS. SAP and Oracle proficiency is a plus.
Advanced level of English (B2/C1) and excellent Excel knowledge is essential.
