At ADDITIVE, you have the opportunity to apply your legal expertise exactly where it creates entrepreneurial impact: in a digital growth environment focused on innovation and scalability. You think in solutions, assess risks with foresight, and drive meaningful impact — not as a gatekeeper, but as a strategic sparring partner operating on equal footing and taking operational responsibility.
In a flexible part‑time model of 10 to 15 hours per week, you work with focus, legal precision, clear structure, and direct access to management.
Preferred start date is immediately or by agreement.

Flexible working hours & vacation planning
Our employees are free to organise their working hours as they wish (depending on their position, with minor restrictions for direct customer contact), so that they have enough time for leisure activities, relaxation, family or personal appointments. Because we believe that flexibility is not just a word, it has to be lived.
We also offer a wide range of individually tailored part‑time models. We also guarantee that every team member can return to full‑time work if required.
