Financial Services Product Counsel – Global Fintech
A global fintech is seeking a Financial Services Product Counsel with two to four years PQE to support its growing European business.
The role covers a broad range of products including consumer credit, payments, and mobile finance, with the opportunity to advise on product development across multiple jurisdictions.
You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing consumer facing materials, supporting regulatory compliance under PSD2 and relevant local regimes, and working closely with fast paced commercial and product teams.
This is a strong fit for a pragmatic, solutions focused lawyer who enjoys working at the intersection of regulation, technology, and product innovation within a collaborative, international environment.
