Legal Counsel

In-house advisory and legal assistance to all Company legal entities with a focus on EMEA.

Job and personal requirements:

• University Degree in Law
• At least 5 years of experience in providing full scope of in-house legal services
• Experience in working at multi-national and corporate environment
• Organizational, communication and influencing skills (Trusted Adviser proven track records)
• Excellent English language skills
• Teamwork, business acumen, customer focus

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Legal support in IPR registration and disputes
• Templates and legal standards
• Support in contracting, i.e. drafting, reviewing and commenting of various types of contracts, both client and vendor
• Support in other legal areas, such as the civil law, corporate matters, employment law and regulatory compliance
• Taking part in (regular) internal reporting processes (including monitoring legislative changes in specific law areas)
• Employment law in cases where legal expertise is required
• Contribution to the internal knowledge management system
• External Counsels - Co-ordination of work handled by approved external counsels; other counsels’ involvement where appropriate
