Legal Counsel (m/w/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements including supply, distribution, licensing and partnership contracts including IP provisions
• Provide legal advice on legal risks and opportunities in contractual matters to internal stakeholders across the organization
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies in all contractual relationships
• Manage contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution and implementation
• Support business development and commercial initiatives with strategic legal guidance and training
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks
• Maintain templates and playbooks

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Law
• Previous years of professional experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel in an internationally operating company or as an attorney-at-law
• Strong understanding of commercial (sales and after sales) contracts in a technical environment, preferable in the electro engineering field
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements
• Solid knowledge of intellectual property law and IP provisions in commercial contracts
• Proven business acumen, identify, assess and mitigate contractual business problems and risks, address them and develop balanced solutions together with the business in the interests of the company
• Excellent knowledge in English, both written and spoken; Italian and/or German are an advantage
