Legal Counsel - Energy

KeyPartners has been instructed to source a Legal Counsel. The role will report to the Legal Affairs Director and be part of a structured team. The role is based in Genoa.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 5-7 years of experience, ideally be a qualified lawyer, and have gained experience in the energy sector.
Key competences:
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in the energy sector, including project development documents, offtake and land rights contracts, reviewing contractual standards and general terms and conditions, and reviewing permitting and administrative law documentation.
Fluency in English is required to fill this role.
