As Legal Counsel you enable strategic and operational goals by delivering expert legal and compliance support across contracts, regulatory matters, and litigation. You will guide business units, manage external counsel, and reinforce the company’s legal framework at national level. The role blends legal rigor with pragmatic business insight to support sound decision-making and compliance. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers
• Prepare and assess legal documents such as NDAs, tender documents, and Letters of Indemnity
• Advise business units on legal, compliance, and data protection matters
• Manage civil, criminal, and labour litigation

Responsabilità

• Bachelor in Law
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in transport and logistics
• Experience in contract management, compliance (Legislative Decree 231/2001), and data protection topics
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, pragmatic mindset balancing legal rigor with business needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable delivering training to diverse audiences
• Fluency in Italian and English
