In-house legal advisory and support for all Company legal entities with a focus on the EMEA region.

Job and personal requirements :

  • University Degree in Law
  • At least 5 years of experience providing comprehensive in-house legal services
  • Experience working in multinational and corporate environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and influencing skills (proven track record as a "Trusted Adviser")
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Teamwork, business acumen, and customer focus

Tasks and responsibilities :

  • Legal support for IPR registration and disputes
  • Development of templates and legal standards
  • Contract support : drafting, reviewing, and commenting on various contracts with clients and vendors
  • Support in other legal areas such as civil law, corporate matters, employment law, and regulatory compliance
  • Participation in internal reporting processes, including monitoring legislative changes in relevant legal areas
  • Legal support in employment law cases
  • Contributing to the internal knowledge management system
  • Coordination with external legal counsels and management of external legal work
