PURPOSE:

The resource will be part of the Compliance Department and will work closely with the parent company's corporate departments.

They will support the analysis and preparation of legal documents, policies, and internal procedures, assisting the team in the management of key compliance projects.

They will contribute to monitoring compliance with applicable regulations - including Legislative Decree 231/2001, privacy, health and safety (Legislative Decree 81/2008), and industry regulations - ensuring that evidence is collected and updated.

The resource will be involved in the control of company processes and the monitoring of the internal control and risk management system, in line with the parent company's guidelines.

He/she will also participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at the continuous improvement of the compliance system and the dissemination of a culture of control.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the department in planning, managing, and following up on compliance projects
  • Provide support in the preparation of legal documents
  • Ensure efficient and timely management of requests from company departments
  • Assist the team in risk assessment and gap analysis activities
  • Support the department in regulatory and compliance research
  • Contribute to the drafting and updating of policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Degree in law or economics
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities/deadlines
  • Propensity for critical thinking and data-driven analysis
  • Business-oriented problem-solving skills
  • Proactivity, curiosity, and predisposition for continuous learning
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
