We seek a Legal Business Counsel who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers’ personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What you will do

• Negotiate and close good MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Supplier Agreements, Marketing, product licenses, and SaaS deals
• Lead deep, relationship‑focused negotiations with the largest companies in the world
• Write clearly in Italian and English; Spanish language would be a plus
• Serve as a legal generalist and tech‑law expert, with deep knowledge in civil and commercial laws, IP, privacy law, financial regulations, and data protection regulations
• Analyze marketing, human resources, financial, and commercial projects to provide practical legal advice across multiple jurisdictions
• Advise on complex legal issues, including data leaks, security of information, personal data breaches, and international data transfers
• Support compliance, corporate, and business teams on data protection laws and governance requirements
• Participate in M&A operations through integrations of acquired companies
• Manage and coordinate external law firms
• Coordinate and manage potential judicial and non‑judicial disputes
• Continuously update yourself towards developments in new laws, regulations, important judgments, and regulatory guidance
• Elaborate and handle RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and public tenders

What will help you succeed

• Fluency in English and Italian, oral and written; Spanish would be a plus
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in‑house legal department
• Negotiation of national and international contracts
• Negotiation skills
• Experience in the labor law field
• Experience negotiating tech‑related deals
• Experience in the technology space
• Highly collaborative person
• Discrete and low‑profile behaviour
• Ambition to grow while helping the business grow
