Legal Affairs Director

For a Multinational Company operating in the Pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a

LEGAL AFFAIRS DIRECTOR

Main responsibilities:

• Manage commercial activities such as license and distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, and acquisitions.
• Oversee R&D development, including pre-clinical and clinical trial agreements.
• Handle pharma legal and regulatory issues.
• Manage litigation processes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate law, including governance, board matters, minutes, deeds, and proxies.
• Address data privacy concerns.
• Supervise responsibilities related to crime prevention (D.Igs 231/2001) and ensure adherence to the Ethic Code.
• Coordinate tenders.
• Manage corporate transactions such as M&A, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Qualifications:

• Italian Master's Degree in Law.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Pharma industry.
• Deep knowledge of EU legislation concerning medical products, medical devices, and nutritionals.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong execution skills.
• Leadership qualities and ability to build effective relationships with local and corporate departments.
• Ability to be a strong pillar of the Legal Corporate team.

Location: Milan. Availability to travel is required.
