CRIF is an innovative international Group specialized in IT solutions, decision systems, outsourcing, banking software and consulting services; our clients are mainly finance companies, insurance companies, utilities and enterprises and we support them in each step of their relations with their customers. In order to strengthen our Legal Dept. at the HQ we are looking for a:
Legal Advisor Senior
The key Duties and Responsibilities of the position are:
- Providing legal advice and support to business and corporate functions in relation to a wide range of activities connected to CRIF commercial operations, both in Italy and abroad;
- Drafting and negotiating simple and complex contracts (including but not limited to ICT contracts) and other legal documents of the company, safeguarding full compliance of business operations with applicable laws and regulations;
- Advising and providing operational guidance to business functions in relation to internal policies and procedures concerning legal risk management of the business operations.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Law and admission to the Italian Bar;
- At least 6-8 years of experience in Law Firms or as in-house counsel within Multinational Companies;
- Solid knowledge of ICT, digital law (including data protection issues) and strong familiarity with legal tech tools (e.g. CLM, document automation, AI-assisted legal analysis);
- Considerable experience in all forms of contracts and commercial agreements;
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of various teams;
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, as well as ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines;
- Fluent knowledge of English Language.

What we offer:
permanent contract
The Annual Salary for this position starts from 31.500 € gross per year.
The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.
The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role requirements.
