We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Client, an HIGH LUXURY BRAND , a LEARNING MANAGER to join their team in their flagship store in Milan:
LEARNING MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MILAN
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver impactful training sessions for teams and new hires.
- Adapt learning content to boutique needs, using field observations and team feedback.
- Build and manage the annual training calendar across the boutique.
- Lead onboarding programs and support specialists in co-facilitating training moments.
- Coach teams on the floor and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Develop KPIs and produce regular qualitative and quantitative training reports.
- Support the creation of individual development plans focused on client experience.
- Coordinate Boutique Training Ambassadors and contribute to strategic meetings and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
- Promote and integrate digital learning tools within the boutique.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Luxury Retail, ideally in training or people development.
- Coaching experience or a strong coaching-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a multicultural mindset and passion for elevating the client journey.
- Fluency in English and strong confidence with digital tools.
