We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Client, an HIGH LUXURY BRAND , a LEARNING MANAGER to join their team in their flagship store in Milan:


LEARNING MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MILAN


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and deliver impactful training sessions for teams and new hires.
  • Adapt learning content to boutique needs, using field observations and team feedback.
  • Build and manage the annual training calendar across the boutique.
  • Lead onboarding programs and support specialists in co-facilitating training moments.
  • Coach teams on the floor and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Develop KPIs and produce regular qualitative and quantitative training reports.
  • Support the creation of individual development plans focused on client experience.
  • Coordinate Boutique Training Ambassadors and contribute to strategic meetings and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
  • Promote and integrate digital learning tools within the boutique.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in Luxury Retail, ideally in training or people development.
  • Coaching experience or a strong coaching-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a multicultural mindset and passion for elevating the client journey.
  • Fluency in English and strong confidence with digital tools.
