JOB DESCRIPTION
The resource will join the Education/Academic team as well as the marketing team. You will support ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training materials, while also providing operational and commercial support for learning projects.
- Review and quality assurance of training materials (slides, videos, learning assets) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company standards.
- Operational support in uploading and updating content across learning management systems (LMS) and digital platforms.
- Collaboration with the sales/commercial team to provide support in defining and presenting training projects for corporate clients.
- Management and organization of training documentation and content libraries , ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
- Collecting and monitoring feedback from students and instructors , summarizing insights, and proposing improvements for content and platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Education, Marketing, or related fields; prior experience in the training/edtech sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or similar).
- Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with authoring tools and video editing is a plus
- Must be fluent in English

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
Workplace: Rome, Ostiense area. Activities may be carried out in hybrid mode. We offer great remote work flexibility.
