JOB DESCRIPTION
The resource will join the Education team. You will support ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training materials, while also providing operational support for learning projects and students.
- Review of training materials (slides, videos, learning assets)
- Uploading and updating content across learning management systems (LMS) and digital platforms.
- Collaboration with the academic team to provide support to students and teachers
- Overseeing essential administrative tasks and back-office operations to keep the student journey organized
- Providing active support during lessons
- Management and organization of training documentation and content libraries
- Collecting and monitoring feedback from students and instructors
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or related fields; prior experience in the training/edtech sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with authoring tools and video editing is a plus
- Must be fluent in English

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
Workplace: Rome, Ostiense area.
Activities may be carried out in hybrid mode.

We offer a 6-month paid internship with a monthly allowance of €800
