Learjet 45 First Officer – VIP/Private Charter (Type-Rated, EASA)

The Opportunity

As a Type-Rated First Officer, you will support safe, punctual, and discreet point-to-point missions for high-profile passengers. You will operate in a dynamic charter environment where professionalism, flexibility, and client care are paramount.

• Permanent seat on the Learjet 45 with a high‑end charter operation
• Hands‑on exposure to complex airspace, premium FBOs, and bespoke itineraries
• Collaborative cockpit culture focused on SOPs, SMS, and service excellence

What You'll Do

• Execute comprehensive preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance
• Operate the Learjet 45 to the highest safety standards, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion and impeccable communication
• Coordinate seamlessly with Operations, FBOs, and ground handlers to ensure on‑time performance
• Complete technical log entries and maintain accurate operational documentation
• Champion a just culture and actively contribute to the Safety Management System

What You'll Bring

• Current Learjet 45 type rating
• Valid EASA ATPL (A)
• Valid Class 1 Medical
• ICAO English Level 4 or higher
• Proven VIP/private charter experience with a strong customer‑service ethos
• Excellent CRM, situational awareness, and decision‑making under time pressure
• Flexibility for rostered duties, weekends, and short‑notice missions
• Eligible to work without employer visa sponsorship
