Human Technopole (HT) is an interdisciplinary life science research institute, created and supported by the Italian Government, with the aim of developing innovative strategies to improve human health. HT is composed of five Centers: Neurogenomics, Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Genomics, and Health Data Science.

HT is hiring a Leadership & Talent Development Expert; reporting directly to the Head of HR, the new colleague will design, implement, and oversee organization-wide learning and talent development programs focused on soft skills, leadership, inclusion, and performance acceleration.

Working closely with HR Partners and Communications, this role fosters high-potential talent, supports employee engagement, and aligns development activities with institutional strategy.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Design & Deliver Soft Skills Programs: lead the design and delivery of institute-wide soft skills and leadership training initiatives, ensuring alignment with HT’s strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Personalized Development Pathways: develop individualized learning paths and targeted initiatives for emerging and current leaders, focusing on talent acceleration and high-potential identification in partnership with HR.
  • Employee Engagement & Interdisciplinary Learning: drive internal engagement and cross-functional learning opportunities by coordinating campaigns and interactive sessions that connect staff across departments and disciplines.
  • Talent Review & Performance Tools: support the evaluation and growth of HT’s talent pipeline by managing performance tools, facilitating talent reviews, and providing data-driven insights for leadership development.
  • Strategic Projects & Compliance: ensure the robustness and strategic alignment of the Learning & Development framework while contributing to key HR projects and ensuring compliance with institutional standards.

Job requirements

Essential requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in in learning & development, leadership/talent development, or related roles
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs.
  • Experience with coaching and training delivery and organization
  • Experience in talent assessment, high potential identification, and performance tools
  • Fluency in English.

Preferential requirements:

  • Master’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning strategies.
  • Familiarity with performance evaluation frameworks and L&D data analysis.

Organizational and social skills:

  • Strong instructional design skills using adult-learning principles.
  • Confident communicator and facilitator across diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset and project management capabilities.
  • Strategic and collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.

Contract offered: CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, Permanent– Quadro Level

Salary range: up to 55k, depending on the seniority of the candidate.
