Our graduate program is the perfect career start for university graduates:

• You start in one of the country where the MBE Brand operates with a comprehensive hands-on experience in one of our stores, where you can get in touch with our customers and products;
• Two 12-months rotations, where you can discover different functions and roles in the company, gain depth and breadth of knowledge and skills, exposure to industry experts as well as a holistic understanding of our business – an amazing chance to grow every day;
• In between rotations, you will go back to the store where the program started, to “give back” what you have learnt in the work experience and possibly test new concepts and ideas;
• During each rotation, you will get the opportunity to shadow one senior leader in the company, to get exposed to different leadership styles and build up a broad network within the Group.

For selected positions we offer the possibility of having an international rotation, for example in Paris, Barcelona, Berlin, Warsaw, Almere!

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Master degree (or close to completion) in Management, Marketing or Engineering

• "International Mindset" with very good English language skills. Knowledge of any additional foreign language represents a plus.

• Team spirit

• Joy in tackling innovative topics

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
