Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking motivated mid-career professionals to partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a small or mid-sized enterprise as Chief Executive Officer.
As an NCA Operator you will run a ~24‑month search, with comprehensive support from the team, and an equity upside in the acquired company.
Italy is the target market; no start-ups. Registration for Q&A sessions is mandatory.
