As a Lead Venture Architect , you will drive business development activities, identify innovative opportunities, and provide thought leadership in innovation and business strategy. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, and deep expertise in venture development or strategy consulting.

What you will be doing

  • Lead complex projects and cross-functional teams to develop and launch new ventures, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, develop innovative business models, and drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Push business development activities, including identifying leads, preparing proposals, and exploring follow-on project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing thought leadership on innovation and new business within focus industries.
  • Mentor and manage team members while ensuring the quality and success of all workstreams.

What you need to be successful in this role

  • 7+ years of experience in venture development or strategy consulting, with a proven track record of successful ventures or products.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and delivering outstanding project results.
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
  • Leadership and self discipline' to be ranked during interviews
  • Expertise in market analysis, financial modelling, and business planning.
  • Fluency in German and English.

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 47.180,00. We offer a competitive salary according to a career scheme based on your qualifications and experience.
