Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector, is looking for a
Lead Services Specialist - Training.
We offer: initial 12 months temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. CCNL Metalworking Industry. Possibility of smart working. RAL €.
Workplace : Florence.
Key Responsibilities:
- monitoring of technical skills for supply chain roles globally to ensure standardization and high-quality execution;
- planning, development, and tracking of the implementation of new technical training based on business and technology requirements;
- periodic consultation with business teams (needs assessment) to evaluate learning needs and identify skill gaps caused by business changes;
- supervision of development plans and the completion of classroom, on-the-job, and online training activities;
- continuous updating of competency programs and matrices to ensure alignment with new technologies;
- management of the planning, communication, and uploading of training credits to the Learning Management System (LMS) for the ME population;
- communication with client groups to verify the impact of training and reinforce learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- experience in engineering, manufacturing, field services, or supplier quality management;
- proven experience in managing learning roles and educational processes;
- specific knowledge of the CDMP design methodology;
- ability to solve complex issues and provide guidance or coaching to others;
- skills in facilitating and leading cross-functional or matrix teams;
- competence in managing data and using relevant technical applications;
- strong quantitative and analytical capabilities;
- ability to interact across all levels of the organization and influence others;
- English fluency.
