Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a Lead Services Specialist - Training for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer an initial 12 months temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.

  • Technical Background: Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, or Supplier Quality Management.
  • Learning Management: Proven experience in managing learning roles and educational processes.
  • Design Methodology: Specific knowledge of the CDMP design methodology.
  • Problem Solving and Coaching: Ability to solve complex issues and provide guidance/coaching to others.
  • Team Leadership: Skills in facilitating and leading cross-functional or matrix teams.
  • Data and Software Proficiency: Competence in managing data and using relevant technical applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact across all levels of the organization and influence others.
  • English Fluency: Professional command of the English language.

  • Competency Tracking: Monitor technical skills for Supply Chain roles globally to ensure standardization and high-quality execution.
  • Course Development: Plan, develop, and track the implementation of new technical training based on business and technology requirements.
  • Needs Assessment: Periodically consult with business teams to evaluate learning needs and identify skill gaps caused by business changes.
  • Progress Monitoring: Supervise development plans and the completion of classroom, on-the-job, and online training activities.
  • Program Maintenance: Keep Competency Programs and Matrices updated and aligned with new technologies.
  • Logistics and Communication: Manage the planning, communication, and uploading of training credits to the Learning Management System (LMS) for the ME population.
  • Effectiveness Follow-up: Communicate with client groups to verify the impact of training and reinforce learning.
