About the Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on and structured Lead Project Manager to support Epassi’s strategic initiatives and group‑level programs. The position can be based in any of our offices in Italy, Finland, Sweden or Germany.

In this role you’ll coordinate cross‑functional projects, drive execution excellence, and help build a consistent project‑management culture across teams and countries. You’ll play a key role in ensuring alignment between strategy and delivery, turning plans into tangible outcomes while supporting Epassi’s growth and integration journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of strategic and operational projects, from planning to execution
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time
  • Support post‑merger integration activities and group‑wide process improvements
  • Implement and maintain project governance standards, templates, and reporting routines
  • Facilitate steering meetings and ensure clear, structured communication across stakeholders
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and progress to keep projects on track
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a centralized project portfolio overview for leadership

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or transformation roles
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects in dynamic environments
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
  • Good understanding of project governance frameworks and change‑management principles
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar PM software
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are considered a strong plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus
