Role Overview
- Type of Employment: Contractor (Long-term)
- Work Modality: 100% Remote
- Work Schedule: Full-time (~40 hours/week)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional with strong experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role will focus primarily on building high-quality lead lists and supporting outbound prospecting campaigns for a variety of clients.
Responsibilities
Lead List Generation (Primary Focus)- Build highly targeted lead lists based on client Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and proprietary prospecting tools to identify relevant prospects
- Analyze LinkedIn profiles, posts, and engagement signals to improve lead quality
- Maintain clean, accurate, and organized lead data
- Continuously refine targeting criteria based on campaign performance and client feedback
- Assist with campaign setup and management inside the outreach platform
- Help test and optimize messaging sequences
- Monitor campaign performance and support data-driven improvements
- Assist with LinkedIn content scheduling and coordination when needed
- Contribute ideas or messaging for outbound and social campaigns
Qualifications
- Strong experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required)
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, or outbound outreach workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with data and managing lead databases
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Background in sales, marketing, recruiting, or lead generation is preferred
- Nice to have: experience with tools such as Apollo, Clay, or similar prospecting platforms
