We’re looking for a motivated and talented individual eager to develop their skills in diverse processes and collaborate with SDR&Sales Team. We’re seeking a motivated, talented individual interested in supporting the SDR & Sales Team in outbound/inbound lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will assist the team by organising initial calls, setting appointments, and qualifying leads. This exciting opportunity will have a direct impact on the growth of Zerynth’s business.
What you will do:
- Support the team in segmenting the market: identifying and researching industries, companies, and contacts (using tools like Report Aziende, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other databases)
- Assist in running email campaigns to generate new leads within the identified target segments
- Help write effective emails aimed at converting contacts into leads
- Support the SDR & Sales Team in making outbound/inbound calls to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments
- Assist the SDR & Sales Team to implement demand generation strategies
- Update the CRM with detailed notes on activities and results
- Clean up and update the contact database
- Assist the SDR & Sales Team in managing Lead Generation activities for webinars or other events
What skills we need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or other related fields (training in lead generation will also be considered)
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, written and verbal
- Experience with Google tools
- Familiarity with social selling tools like LinkedIn
- Enthusiasm for building commitment and trust with customers
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan activities and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in measuring KPIs and reporting results
- Proactivity, precision, and reliability
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with strong communication skills and an innovative, out-of-the-box mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary and dynamic team environment
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Physical presence in our Pisa (Italy) office
Application process: the selection process includes an initial interview, followed by a skill assessment phase for shortlisted candidates.
Contractual offer:
- Full-time Internship (3 or 6 months).
- The internship includes an expense reimbursement to support your learning experience.
Location: Pisa, Italy. Presence at Zerynth's R&D offices in Pisa is required.
