Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP Development – Improve and customize our ERP system for scalability.
• Mentor and Guide Teams – Provide technical support and leadership to the development team.
• Ensure Quality and Agile Delivery – Manage implementation using SCRUM/Kanban frameworks.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with IT leadership and ERP specialists.
• Drive Innovation – Implement modern engineering practices like CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.
  

Professional Requirements:

• Proven leadership in ERP/CRM development, especially with Microsoft D365 F&O.
• Strong technical expertise in X++, .NET, Power Platform, and software development best practices.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• You are passionate about driving innovation and improving ERP systems.
• Fluent English (German is a plus).
